About the Ladies' Section.....

Our Ladies’ Section takes pride in our club: the course, the facilities, our magnificent staff; a warm welcome always awaits.

Ours is a very friendly, thriving section where we ladies enjoy both the competitive and social aspects that golf promotes. We like to create a balance between these elements, with fun and pleasure being key aspects alongside the competition. Currently, alongside the golf, there are opportunities to be involved in pilates, indoor bowls and bridge with regular meetings throughout the winter months and ‘Away Days’ in the summer months to add variety.

The course offers a real challenge to golfers of experience, with competitions both at weekends and through the week, giving great opportunity for competitive golf, whilst our academy course is an option for those at the very beginning of the game. New members and novices are welcomed and supported through a mentoring system to ensure a happy and satisfactory introduction to the club.

Mixed events are also a popular aspect of golf at our club, with a variety of options throughout the year including exchanges and fun competitions. These offer a warm welcome to both individuals and those in golfing partnerships; whilst socials and soirees provide evening entertainment on a regular basis throughout the year.
